This intimate Omakase dinner will feature a carefully curated 10-course sushi menu, with fish imported directly from Japan, and crafted by a chef with a distinguished background working under Michelin-starred chefs and training at the Culinary Institute of America. Omakase, meaning "I leave it up to you," is a Japanese tradition where the chef selects each dish, highlighting seasonal ingredients and refined culinary techniques.
This is more than a meal—it’s an opportunity to experience sushi at its highest form.
