Through ritual, cacao ceremony, altar creation, somatic embodiment, and guided inner journeying, we gather to shed old layers, reclaim our vitality, and anchor new intentions for the season ahead.
This experience is an invitation to soften out of the mind and into the wisdom of the body, to remember your connection to Earth, to your heart, and to the deeper intelligence moving through your life.
Together, we cross the Equinox threshold in reverence, devotion, and embodied presence, allowing what is ready to fall away to dissolve, and what is ready to rise to emerge.

Throughout our time together, you will be guided through a carefully curated ceremonial arc, including:
• Opening & grounding meditation
• Intention setting & sacred space creation
• Ceremonial cacao ritual
• Collective altar creation as an act of devotion to ground intention into form
• Somatic journey to release stored emotion, ignite inner fire, and liberate the heart
• Guided inner journey & soul retrieval
• Journaling, integration & closing circle
