Dear Golfers,
The E-D Golf Tour Premier weekend event of the season Octoberfest 2025 is approaching. In recent years we
stayed local due in part to the Coronavirus Pandemic. This year we have elected to return to the Richmond area to again accept the challenge of playing The Highlands, Lake Chesdin and Kingsmill River course. The dates and courses are set and detailed information is listed below. Hotel information is also listed below for those who need accommodations.
As we embark on this year's event in the Virginia area, we will start planning for 2026 and looking to venture out of the state again. As we make plans, we will send surveys for your input as we attempt to make the best decision for the club.

Total Green Fees: $173.00 and optional $25.00 pot per day for the first 6 player payout:
(1) Low Gross winner, 1st, 2nd,3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th place net winners each day based on 40 players
(2) Fewer players will reduce the number of payouts
Optional $10 Skin pot each day
Weekend - Low Gross & Low Net Champion will be crowned with an additional $25 prize and trophy. There will be only one low-gross winner and one low-net winner for the three days. Each category will have a separate winner. You cannot win both. You must participate all three days to win the tournament's low
gross or low net awards.
*Final pot payout will be based on the actual number of players. There will be a blind draw each day for the player who scores the highest score on that hole.
Hyatt Place, Chester, VA - We have 25 rooms reserved - 15 doubles and 10 singles at $139/night.

Awards Ceremony:
On Sunday after the tournament, there will be an awards ceremony. We are asking that everyone stay around to have fellowship and enjoy conversation about the good times that we created over the weekend and to help recognize our winners. During the ceremony, the payout awards and the 2025 Octoberfest Champions will be crowned.
