Zapraszamy na kurs, na którym Ponlob Tsangpa Rinpocze będzie nauczał dzogczen z tekstu Yangtse Longchen.
Dzogczen (wielka doskonałość) jest uważany za najwyższą naukę i praktykę buddyzmu tybetańskiego. Jej podstawowym założeniem jest to, że rzeczywistość, w tym jednostka, jest już kompletna i doskonała, że niczego nie trzeba przekształcać (jak w tantrze) ani się wyrzekać (jak w sutrze), a jedynie rozpoznać to, czym naprawdę jest. Zasadniczą praktyką dzogczen jest samowyzwolenie; pozwolenie, aby wszystko, co pojawia się w doświadczeniu, istniało takie, jakie jest, bez rozwijania przez umysł konceptualny, bez chwytania czy niechęci. Nauki te zajmują się rozróżnianiem zwykłego konceptualnego umysłu (sem) od natury umysłu (semnji), nazywanej także naturalnym stanem umysłu (nelug). Dzięki tym naukom możemy wyzwolić nasze negatywne emocje i cierpienie, oraz odnaleźć naturalną doskonałość i radość, która jest naszą prawdziwą naturą. Poprzez regularne wykonywanie medytacji dzogczen można zmienić swoje życie na lepsze i pełniejsze.
Jangtse Longczen jest jednym z głównych cykli dzogczen w tradycji Yungdrung Bon. Jangtse Longczen został napisany przez Lishu Tagringa na podstawie tekstu Dragpa Korsum. Lishu Tagring ukrył nauki te w VIII wieku. Następnie oba teksty zostały odkryte przez tertona Zhötön Ngödrup Dragpa w 1180 roku wewnątrz świątyni Lhodrag Khomting w południowym Tybecie.
Tłumaczenie: Kurs w języku tybetańskim, z tłumaczeniem na angielski i polski (i może inne języki).

Dzogchen teachings from Yangtse Longchen

Please join us for a retreat where Ponlob Tsangpa Rinpoche will be teaching Dzogchen from the Yangste Longchen text.
Dzogchen (great perfection) is considered the highest teaching and practice of Tibetan Buddhism. Its basic premise is that reality, including the individual, is already complete and perfect, that nothing needs to be transformed (as in tantra) or renounced (as in sutra), but only recognised for what it really is. The essential practice of dzogchen is self-liberation; allowing everything that appears in experience to exist as it is, without being developed by the conceptual mind, without grasping or aversion. These teachings deal with distinguishing between the ordinary conceptual mind (sem) and the nature of mind (semnyi), also called the natural state of mind (nelug). Through these teachings we can release our negative emotions and suffering, and find the natural perfection and joy that is our true nature. By doing Dzogchen meditation regularly, you can change your life for the better and more fully.
Yangtse Longchen is one of the main dzogchen cycles in the Yungdrung Bon tradition. The Yangtse Longchen was written by Lishu Tagring based on a text by Dragpa Korsum. Lishu Tagring concealed the teachings of the Yangtse Longchen in the eighth century. Subsequently, both texts were discovered by the terton Zhötön Ngödrup Dragpa in 1180 inside the Lhodrag Khomting temple in southern Tibet.
Translation: Retreat in Tibetan, with translation into English and Polish (and maybe other languages).
