Workshop Description:
My favorite flows on the static pole. Let’s bring static combos to life combining the basics of static rotations, transitions and handstands. This workshop is suitable for higher intermediate/advanced level, so get ready for a fun challenge! All tricks and transitions will be shown step-by-step.

About Marcela:
I saw a poster of a pole studio in town 12 years ago and went alone to my first class and fell in love immediately. No matter the adversity I have had in my journey I never stopped. I am certified as a fitness class instructor and personal trainer, which gives me a great understanding of the human body. I have won and be placed in Danish Nationals Pole several times. I also have a deep love for dance, and I have over the past few years been working with heels and feminine movement. Pole is not all about fancy tricks and raising level and limit for what we can do, but also feeling ourselves and our body and expression through dance. Pole dance grows stronger and more confident individuals and I am proud to be a part of that process. Are you ready to improve your skills and confidence with me?
