Two hour advanced aerial hoop workshop with the awesome Lauren Williams - Firefly
Please ensure you can safely mount a high hoop (approx 6ft) and are confident working around the hoop at that height, including above the top bar.
We have a few spaces for Freestyle Fitness members to attend for free but spaces will be allocated based on the appropriateness of the workshop based on your skill level!
