Event description 

Most of us are moving too fast to actually know what's going on inside us.

This is a time to slow down. To breathe, to open up, and to actually talk, not small talk, but the kind of conversation you leave feeling that you learned something for yourself. 

What to expect

Arrive & Settle: We'll start together as a group short intros. Then we drop in with a breathwork and meditation session with a singing bowl to help everyone arrive and settle.

The Heart of the Event: From there, we move into a cacao ceremony followed by a series of intimate guided small-group conversations. The rounds are structured to go progressively deeper, easy and light to start, then a bit more real, then somewhere you probably don't go in everyday conversation. You switch groups between rounds so you meet different people. Every transition ends with a group hug, which sounds weird until it doesn't.

Open to Mingle: We close back together as a full group, optional sharing, a singing bowl, and then open time to mingle for as long as you want.

Three hours total. You'll leave knowing yourself a little better, and probably a few strangers who don't feel like strangers anymore.
