Produced by lifelong friend Merritt Jacob, now a sought-after producer and engineer in Brooklyn, the record spans 11 tracks that move from dark, driving guitars reminiscent of The Cult, to the clean, shimmering textures inspired by Jeff Lynne’s work with Tom Petty, to stark, emotional piano-led moments echoing the raw intimacy of Plastic Ono Band.
