Antonia Atanasova serves as a Frontend Team Lead at Devexperts, overseeing a team of 10 professionals focused on the admin panel of a trading system. With extensive experience delivering over 200 lectures on various technical topics, she has also created content through her own YouTube channel and podcast. Dedicated to making a positive impact on the IT industry in Bulgaria, she continually seeks ways to inspire and support her peers.

About the talk
In my 8, almost 9, years experience as a Project Manager, I have observed one similar problem everywhere - the gap between project management and development team. In this presentation, I will try to provide clarity on the role of the Project Manager and bring understanding and right expectations towards it. I will show you why it matters to have a project manager with you and how to handle daily work and problematic situations if they occur.

Siana Ivanova has been a Project Manager at Devexperts for over 3 years. In her role, Siana is part of the largest delivery unit in the company, serving as both a Project Manager and a Release and Delivery Manager. On a daily basis, she is responsible for finding best possible solutions for the customers and her team. She has completed several courses in Agile project management, public speaking, and she is currently preparing for PMP certification.
