$160 per Senior Rider - PONY or Ironman Classes
$120 per Junior Rider - Ironman Class only
Race Details:
- Senior Pony express will be an 10 lap race so each partner will complete the same number of laps. It should run for around 3.5 hours total. Track should be around 20 mins in length.
- Junior Big Wheels will have a 2 hour Cross country - that is everything from 85ccBW, 125cc and 250cc
Junior 85 small wheel we are trying to get them into the big wheel race too so they will go for 2 hours. This is so all junior classes can run at the same time on separate tracks. This is not yet confirmed and approved however it is what we are hoping for!
- 50cc and 65cc will be a separate track and they will do 2 x 45min motos. We have extended this track to combine the grass track sections and they will go into the bush on an extended loop
CAMPING:
Camping bookings are available per person via your entry in ridernet for $20. Camping bookings are based on an “Honesty Policy” approach. Upon sign on you will collect your camping pass which must be displayed on your car dash. There will be spot checks throughout the grounds over the weekend.
We would expect that any additional friends & family wanting to spectate/assist, that will be utilising the campgrounds & facilities, pay for their campsite & collect their camping pass at sign on Friday afternoon. These funds go directly to back to the campgrounds, allowing DVMCC to revisit this awesome space each year. We want to be able to give back to the township & the campgrounds as much as possible.
Powered & Non-powered sites are available - powered sites will be available on a “first in best dressed” basis.
PRESSO: Presentation will be done at the track on Saturday as soon as the senior race concludes. We understand that our Junior riders may need to hang around until Seniors finish, however we don't have the man power to step away from senior racing to conduct Junior presso. We also hope this will encourage as many people as possible to assist with pack down & set up for racing on Sunday!
FUEL & FOOD: NO FUEL AVAILABLE IN HARROW. Please ensure you fill up before coming into Harrow. There is a small general store in the township, we advise that you bring all of your food and supplies for the weekend. Dinner will be available at the pub Friday and Saturday night. You will need to call and book in advance to ensure you get a table. (03) 5588 1209 Harrow Hermitage Hotel.
Catering will be at the track both days from 7am including COFFEE!
HELP NEEDED: We will need many hands on Friday 11th September to help prepare for the weekend. We will also need lots of sweepies & timing assistance for Bec in our timing tent. If you are keen on assisting in any way possible please fill out our JOTFORM so we can send out the appropriate information to you closer to the event: https://form.jotform.com/252498657365877
More details will be released as the weekend approaches. If you have any questions please reach out to us via DM or email [email protected]
