In this session we’ll discuss the importance of thinking of volunteers as partners, determining ways to invite them into your organization, and building a strong two-way relationship with volunteers.

We'll explore the critical aspects of creating and maintaining strong relationships with volunteers. We'll discuss how volunteer retention is not just about keeping volunteers "happy," but about involving them meaningfully in your organization's mission. Attendees will learn strategies for developing two-way communication channels, recognizing volunteers' contributions, and creating a culture of authentic volunteer engagement.
