About this Event
Some battles never make it to the battlefield… they live in the home, in the silence, and in the hearts of the families holding everything together.
Hosted by S.A.F.E. S.P.A.C.E. TheaterTherapy Foundation in collaboration with Combat Boots to Red Bottoms, this event uses the power of theater and guided dialogue to explore mental health within military and veteran families.
Behind the structure, discipline, and strength lies a reality many families face daily:
The emotional toll of deployment and separation
The lingering effects of PTSD and trauma
The strain on marriages, parenting, and family connection
The challenges of reintegration into everyday life
The silent battles of anxiety, depression, and emotional isolation
This event creates space to acknowledge those realities—and begin the conversation around healing.
