Dutty Mas RELOADED: A Day Of Dance, The Carnival Experience.

Carnival season might be over, but the energy doesn’t have to be. Jiggle N Flex Presents: Dutty Mas Reloaded — bringing the colour, confidence, music and movement of carnival back under one roof.

This is more than a dance class. It’s a high-energy carnival-inspired dance experience created for women who want to feel freer, more confident and more expressive in their bodies — whether you’re a complete beginner or simply want to explore a different side of yourself.

Across the day, you’ll experience three teachers, three styles and one big vibe:

🔥 Jelly – Waist Werk
Get comfortable moving your waist, catching the rhythm and letting go. Expect carnival-inspired movement, dancehall and plenty of opportunities to build confidence in how YOU move.

🔥 Pole Diva – Floor Play
Take things to the floor and explore a fiercer, more sensual side of movement with beginner-friendly floorwork.

🔥 Jade – Heels & Heat
Finish the experience with commercial heels, bringing attitude, performance and confidence. Heels are optional — you can join in barefoot, in socks or clean indoor trainers too.

• Improve your waist movement and body control
• Explore dancehall, carnival movement, floorwork and heels
• Try something outside your comfort zone without feeling judged

No previous dance experience is needed. This is a beginner-friendly, supportive space where you can learn, experiment, get things wrong, try again and most importantly — enjoy yourself.
