Dungeons & Dragons 101 - For Tweens

Calling all adventurers! Are you a fan of fantasy stories like Lord of the Rings, the Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter, and more? Are you looking for a screen-free, no-cost game that you can play with kids and adults alike? Have you listened to real-play podcasts like The Adventure Zone, Critical Role, or Dimension 20 and want to play the game for real?

Come to our Dungeons & Dragons 101 workshop to learn how to play the iconic fantasy roleplaying game, and learn the basics of running the game for your friends and family! This is not a sit-and-listen workshop -- we will learn through adventuring, playing the game together while simultaneously learning how it works.

This workshop is designed for adventurers ages 9-12, and parents/caregivers are welcome to stay and learn the game as well. Registration is required so we can prepare the gameplay and resources accordingly.
