We will be a Night Dungeon 7p to 12midnight.
(6:30pm Sign-In Desk Open, 9pm Close Sign-In)
Read this:
1.) Must be 14 years old or older to enter CQB City's Airsoft Arena.
2.) Close Toe Shoes must be warn on site. No bare feet and no sandals.
3.) Sign the Waiver and Sign in for credit.
4.) No more Spectators walking through or hanging out in the arena. You wanna see what's going on inside: grab an appropriate weapon associated with your class sash and report to your assigned L5R clan. Or, you can volunteer to be an NPC. Out-of-towners, we will fluff and even you out with clans with lower numbers. We gotcha!
**Update Nov. 29th: there is still the massive staging area (with chairs and tables) if you wish to wait there.**
5.) Listen to the Dungeon Master (DM), Dungeon Master Assistants (DMA), Reeves, Airsoft Refs and Employees, and L5R Clan Leader (C-Lead; team guide leader). Abide by their instruction and behave; or you'll be told to leave.
6.) No climbing of structures, No going through Window Portals (fighting, projectiles,and spell casting though the window is fine). No going through or entering vehicles in the arena.
7.) Bow's at half draw when shooting inside structures -OR- coming around a corners.
8.) For the Stairs in the Arena use the Teleport policy. Say out loud "Teleport" 5x go to the other end and announce out loud "Arrival" 5x to return to the Battle Games. No combat on the stairs due to safety, and the pedestrian teleporting is not a valid target for game purposes until after their arrival.
9.) Bring your Own Bottle(s) of Water. Hydration is while supplies last.
10.) Bring a coat, hoodie, long sleeve, beanie cap, gloves, gambeson, armor, etc. Why? It will be cold in the Arena. (Last Dungeon was in the Summer, the People of Westmarch wants a Cold Dungeon; you got it! 🙂)
11.) If for some reason you find or see an Airsoft firearm, do not touch it unless you have permission from the owner. Do not fire, shoot, or discharge the firearms.
12.) Do not park in the narrow avenue leading to the main entrance.
13.) No Alcohol on site and Smoking should be done out in the parking lot.
14.) Bring Knee Pads, the arena is a smoothed out concrete floor throughout the 64,000 sq ft warehouse.

Welcome to Dungeon XI (Eleven): L5R Civil War.
Updated Note: If you are not familiar with The Legend of Five Rings (L5R) my best description is feudalistic Japan much closer to the Edo Period drenched in magic and fantasy but surrounded by Bushido culture. The theme started with a card game back in 1995 and then since became a table top roleplaying game. Westmarch Amtgard is theming it up and using similar motifs for their players and volunteers to be in the spirit and feelers of L5R.
All L5R clans will be competing or (maybe) temporarily aiding one another while trying to obtain as many Honor Points as possible while in combat throughout the Dungeon. Honor points can be obtained by adventuring inside the arena and by completing tasks/favors/side quests. The same goes for Koku (in game currency).
You will report to your L5R Clan at your designated structure inside the Dungeon. Your L5R C-Lead will guide you on further instructions once you're all collected. You may take all your gear and water to your assigned structure.
Dungeon Favor/Patch: If you have a previous Dungeon favor, bring it; you gain an extra life for each Dungeon event you attended.
We will not do food this time, but be sure not to bring food into the facility.

**There is No mandatory charge for Dungeon entrance but $10 or less donation per person is welcomed to help cover the dungeon cost.** Much appreciated but don't feel obligated. Incase of a surplus, the extra will go to Westmarch Amtgard coffers.
