Dunedin Goes Carting 2024 Christmas Parade & VFW Fundraiser

🎄 It’s a Dunedin Goes Carting holiday tradition! 🎄

Get into the holiday spirit and join the Official Dunedin Christmas Golf Cart Parade! Decorate your golf cart in festive holiday style, gather at the VFW, and spread cheer through downtown Dunedin as we celebrate the season together. This event also serves as a fundraiser to benefit our local VFW, supporting veterans and their families in our community.

Parade staging is at the VFW, with the parade route weaving through downtown Dunedin, looping through Mease, and out to New York Ave.  Head back to the VFW for more festivities, or head out on the town!

Important Information:

• Registration is required for all carts.  Please attach your registration ticket/QR code to your golf cart windshield for entry.
• No candy or items may be thrown from carts. This parade does not have barricades to keep children from jumping into the path of the carts.
• No political signage on carts; let’s keep the event festive and welcoming for all!
• NO WALKING in the parade.
• Golf Carts only. No SxS, UTV, bicycle, car, motorcycle, horse, boat, etc….

Staging: Begins at 5:30 PM at VFW Post 2550 with music, food, drinks, and special appearances from Santa and Buddy the Elf!

Parade Start Time: Carts depart from VFW at 7:30 PM

Contest: Win exciting prizes from local businesses! Three winning carts will be announced on the Dunedin Goes Carting Facebook page by December 9, 2024. Only registered carts with a clearly visible ticket are eligible to win.
