This Clean Up Australia Day, we’re not just picking up rubbish — we’re also paying attention to the landscape and asking how we can look after it better into the future.

This Clean Up Australia–registered event focuses on caring for our coastline while raising awareness about coastal and dune erosion — an issue many coastal communities are facing.
Alongside the clean-up, there will be informal conversation about practical, low-cost, nature-based solutions to erosion, including whether materials like industrial hemp could be trialled to help stabilise dunes.
Gloves and bags provided.
All ages welcome.
