We invite you to join us for a new regular women’s circle in Dundee...For thousands of years, women have gathered to connect and support one another, to seek meaning, and to honour our natural rhythms as they flow with the cycles of nature.
A space to unwind... Our circles are warm, welcoming, and held with care.
Together we will explore holistic practices such as guided breathwork, meditation, and soothing sounds from singing bowls, drum, and voice - all to bring relaxation and calm.
We also take time to sit together, share, and nurture new friendships - creating space for collective growth and community.
