Transformational Breathwork is a safe, easy-to-learn, self-healing technique with a huge amount of benefits, that dates back thousands of years.

Our sessions are structured experiences lasting around two hours and no experience is necessary.

The Elemental Rhythm method which we use facilitates deep inner exploration and transformation through breathing techniques, combined with music, movement and meditation.

After booking you will be emailed a basic waiver form and further details on the event.

We are in the process of setting up as a social enterprise and all profits will be reinvested to create opportunities to attend Ishka events for those that might not otherwise be able to.

If a lower income ticket is with out-with your means please get in touch - we never want money to be a barrier to Ishka events.
