Dumpling Night - A Workshop with Cara Can Cook

Join us for an evening of food and fun, chemistry and cooking, trivia and treats.

In this 2 hour dumpling making workshop, you will learn all about the communal art of dumpling making while folding Japanese gyoza dumplings. During our deep dive into Japanese food we will fold dumplings, learn to create custom sushi hand rolls, and form decadent ice cream mochi. As we cook, we will dive into the history of Japanese-American cuisine, discuss the science behind texture, and so much more.
