All aboard for the May edition of Duluth 101, as Aaron Bransky presents a deep dive into "Duluth on Rails." As a city located "where rail meets sail," the historical importance of railroads in shaping Duluth's progress and success cannot be understated. In addition, as a city with six hundred feet of vertical elevation, Duluth's reliance on rail-based transportation has not been limited to trains—think street cars, and Duluth's two(!) inclines.

When he isn’t riding trains or practicing law, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Barb, and his two grown children.
