As an unsanctioned event, there will be an allowable limit of 8 proxy cards for every deck to help facilitate an accessible competitive environment.
Full decklists are not required, but anyone who wishes to use proxies must submit a list of which cards they're using.
Gold Border cards count for this limit, and any custom proxies must cleanly and fairly display the information of the proxied card.
Prizing:
100% of entries go to prizing
1st place wins at least 25% of the pot in store credit
All Top Cut players receive at least $25 store credit
All players who don't make it to the Top Cut are entered into a raffle for $25 store credit - count scales with attendance
Additional raffles for promos in between Swiss rounds - count scales with attendance
