Keep Fit 6-week exercise class. Maximum of 10 places for 6-week programme.

What is involved: Aerobic, Strength, Stretching and Balance Exercises using body weight and various indoor and outdoor gym equipment and fitness equipment included weighted items.
Fitness level: All exercises will be standing position. Please check with your doctor before starting a new exercise programme.
Due to nature of outcome goals and smaller area to exercise, there is no chair-based options for this 6-week pilot course. All attendees must be able to stand and self-balance to register interest for this 6-week course.
