Dubbo Vinnies Community Sleepout

Join us at the Dubbo Turf Club to ‘sleep out’ to create awareness of homelessness and raise funds which stay in the Dubbo community to support the good works of our Dubbo Care and Support Conference.
Last month (April 2026) our Dubbo members supported 71 Dubbo locals with food, blankets, clothing, personal care items, connection, compassion and a kind listening ear.
The Vinnies Community Sleepout aims to raise awareness and generate financial support for homelessness and disadvantage in our local area.
With nearly one third of all people
experiencing homelessness in Australia living in regional and remote areas, the Dubbo Sleepout brings participants together on Friday 28th of August 2026.
On the night, learn more about the reality of those doing it tough and then try sleeping ‘rough’ overnight in solidarity for those experiencing homelessness to raise funds for Vinnies volunteer-led services and awareness of the struggles faced by vulnerable individuals in our community.
