About this Event
AJC's December Storytime is scheduled on Saturday, December 28th with a theme "End of the Year & New Year's Days in JAPAN!"🎍
This special Storytime will introduce the origins and cultural significance of these celebrations through Kamishibai (Japanese picture theater) and a paper puppet show along with cute picture books from Japan! We will also sing seasonal children's songs that are popular in Japan during this time of the year.
Make & Take crafts are Kawaii (cute) Origami Snake and a New Year's Wreath. There will be snacks donated by Asahi Imports, HMart and HEB for everyone to enjoy after the storytime! 🍬🍠We are looking forward to having you!
