"Dua Pulau" translates to "Two Islands" — representing a beautiful dialogue between Filipino heritage and Balinese terroir.
The owners and chefs of Kilig are also the founders of Hayag Farm School in Davao, Philippines — a working farm and learning space where food is grown with care, shared through community, and rooted in tradition.
For one evening, we bring this philosophy to life through our Hayag @ Kilig series.
DUA PULAU is a chef-led 6-course vegan degustation, where classic Filipino culinary traditions are thoughtfully reimagined using the rich, plant-based bounty of Bali. It is an exploration of flavors, celebrating the deep connection between these two vibrant island cultures.
