DTPHX Lotería

This year, Lotería has a new twist with one festive night at Arizona Center. We are so excited to partner with local vendors and community members to bring you a night full of food, fun, art, and friends. Don’t miss the iconic Emcee of the night, The Funky Latina, who will be announcing each Lotería game card.

Everyone is invited to play the traditional game of Lotería while enjoying food for purchase from local vendor Willie’s Taco Joint and be the first to get a taste of Origen – a new contemporary Mexican cuisine concept coming soon to the Arizona Center! Origen will be sampling handcrafted mocktails and small bites previewing their upcoming menu.

While you’re enjoying the delicious cuisine, be sure to explore the local artists’ work that will be on display around The Grotto. Enjoy music by DJ duo Vinyl Vagos, shopping with Mujeres Mercado, Arizona’s largest Latina market, and a make-and-take craft station for the whole family, led by The Crafty Chica.

The first 100 people to show up to play Lotería will win a commemorative enamel pin.

Details: Lotería will be hosted on September 19, 2024, at The Grotto at Arizona Center, located at 455 N. 3rd Street. Registration begins at 6:00 p.m., and the game starts at 7:00 p.m. Free to attend.

Parking is available at the Arizona Center Garage at the southwest corner of 5th St. and Fillmore St. Metered street parking is also available.
