DSG July 2026 Meeting: "The Hours Act Like Years"

The next meeting of the Denton Songwriters Guild will be on Tuesday, July 21st at Yellow Dog Art Bar. We meet at 7 and start at 7:30. The current songwriting challenge prompt is "The Hours Act Like Years". You may use the prompt however you wish, it is only for inspiration. You do NOT need to write a song to attend, meetings are always free and open to the public. We will perform our songs for the group, vote on the winner of the coveted certificate, and pick a prompt for next month. If time allows we will open the stage to anyone who would like to share another original song.
Every Tuesday is also Spoken Word Night at Yellow Dog! On nights when the guile is in attendance, spoken word will take place in the backroom.
