Looking at camping for 1-2 nights over this weekend. Depending on availability, we might start Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
I put in a group camping request for 20, but received a response that they are behind.
Regular camping spots hold 6 people. Camping spots at Dry Tortugas open six months in advance.
Here’s how it works:
On the *first weekday of each month, between 8 AM and 5 PM EST, the Yankee Freedom booking calendar will release the ticket availability for the month that is exactly six (6) months out.
Example: On October 1, availability opens for March 1–30.
So on January 1, it’ll open for June. Either way, we’ll grab some tickets for this journey.
Lots more details to come, but I wanted to get this on the calendar.
