Join me at Whippendell woods to celebrate the welcome the winter with a morning of forest bathing and shamanic drumming. We will meet at the car park on Grove Mill Lane. Both forest bathing and drumming are both meditative practices and encourage the release of stress, reduce anxiety and have other numerous health benefits. This is a relaxed, fun and inclusive group welcoming all aged 15+. No previous forest bathing or drumming experience is needed as both are intuitive practices and I will guide you throughout. We will start the morning with a grounding meditation and then flow into our Shinrin Yoku practice before connecting with our drums and drumming together. I do have a limited number of drums for people to use so if you have a drum then please let me know and bring it with you. We will go ahead in all weather so please dress accordingly and be aware that we will be walking in the woods (not very far) for those with mobility issues or sight impairment. Do let me know when booking if you have any support needs and I will do my best to accommodate you
