Join me at the Box Moor Trust, Hemel Hempstead for a refreshing morning of forest bathing and shamanic drumming. We will meet at the car park by the Old Barn.
Both forest bathing and drumming are both meditative practices and encourage the release of stress, reduce anxiety and have other numerous health benefits.
This is a relaxed, fun and inclusive group welcoming all aged 15+. No previous forest bathing or drumming experience is needed as both are intuitive practices and I will guide you throughout.
We will start the morning with a grounding meditation and then flow into our Shinrin Yoku practice before connecting with our drums and drumming together around a fire.
I have drums for people to use but if you have your own drum do bring it with you.
We will go ahead in all weather so please dress accordingly and be aware that we will be walking in the woods for those with mobility issues or sight impairment. This venue has solid paths and most of the site can be accessed by mobility scooter (there will still be some walking involved) Do let me know when booking if you have any support needs and I will do my best to accommodate you.
