Join Our Drum Circle!
Drumming for Vitality combines interactive music, movement, and memories inspired by the music of your generation. The program uses four ways to enjoy music—singing, drumming, movement, and listening—to keep everyone engaged and involved. Participants will enjoy familiar music from the 1950s–1970s, along with fun trivia and stories about the songs and artists. No musical experience is required, and every activity is always optional. Participants are encouraged to follow along in whatever way feels comfortable and works best for their body. Instructor: Matt Price, DrumNexus.co
