Join us for this 4th of July class offering! It's early enough in the day to not interfere with any fireworks celebrations! This enriching event will be a vibrant celebration of Freedom, designed to bring us together in a spirit of unity and expression.The afternoon will feature:
-Sharing Circle: Connect with others and set the tone for the event.
-Grounding Meditation: Center yourself and prepare for an immersive experience.
-Drum Circle: Engage in rhythmic drumming to build collective energy & get our brains into theta.
-Dance/Movement to Music: Feel free to express yourself through movement and dance.
-Mini Sound Bath: Enjoy a soothing session of healing sounds.
-Closing Circle: Reflect on the experience and share final thoughts.
Cost: $15
Come and celebrate the essence of freedom through the powerful combination of drumming, movement, and community. No prior experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and an open heart. Bring your drum if you have one or use one of ours.
