Relax, release, rebalance and reset mind, body and spirit through drum & sound. We begin with heart-opening Cacao (optional), setting intentions for the month ahead and settling into our individual mind space. We then find our own rhythm and movement through using drums and shakers. No experience necessary. The afternoon ends with a full sound bath. Lying on a mat or sitting on a chair if this is more suitable, head on a pillow, wrapped in warm blankets and being blissfully bathed in the beautiful sounds, frequencies and vibrations of gongs, drums, singing bowls and percussion.
A truly magical afternoon of energising, releasing and resetting of mind, body and spirit.
