Drumming and Wellbeing Laughter ExperienceThis is a brand new collaboration between Serious Laughter and Synergy Beat, to bring you the combined broad range of benefits which both practices provide. This session is designed to release stress, lift mood, boost energy levels, optimise brain function and improve sleep, all the while providing lots of fun and entertainment.

Join us for a vibrant rhythm jam, where hand drums and percussion come together in an explosion of energy and fun. No experience needed—we’ll guide and encourage you to unlock your inner musician. In this relaxed and uplifting session, you’ll feel the joy of creative collaboration and the buzz of shared rhythm.
One thing’s for sure: you’ll leave with more smiles and energy than you arrived with!
All instruments are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
