Drum Gathering, A Journey in Sound

This gathering is an invitation to close your eyes and simply receive—allowing rhythm, sound, stillness, and guided imagery to meet what is present and reset in stillness where spirit and healing energies meet and allow yourself to move toward deeper relaxation as you experience sound in a more intentional way.
We’ll begin together with a heart-centered grounding practice and mindful breathing before moving into an immersive sound journey woven with the steady rhythm of drum, Native flute, nature-inspired sounds, and Reiki energy. Come exactly as you are and give yourself this time for balance, gratitude, presence, and peace.
🍂 This will be an intimate gathering with limited space (RSVP)
