You're warmly invited to Drum, Dance & Sound Healing — an evening of movement, rhythm, heart connection, and realignment.

When: Friday, October 2, 2026
6:30pm to 9:00pm
Where: Ketch Harbour Community Hall, 964 Ketch Harbour Rd
Sacred Exchange: $25 cash at the door
We'll begin with an opening circle and intention setting, followed by a few rounds of drumming. Ecstatic dance and rhythmic drumming to follow — allowing you to move freely, express yourself, and drop into your own inner journey. No dance experience is needed — simply listen to your body and move in whatever way feels natural.
This is a substance-free and sacred space where all emotions are welcome. Talking is minimized to support the inner journey, and participants are encouraged to move with awareness and respect for others. Primal vocalizations are welcome and encouraged.
Please no videos or photos to maintain a safe and sacred container.
We'll close the evening with a short guided meditation and sound healing journey using crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and voice — bringing the body and nervous system into rest and integration.
Please bring:
✨ Drum or percussion instruments (some extras will be available to share)
✨ Water bottle
✨ Comfortable layered clothing
✨️ Your own yoga mat, and blanket for the sound bath
✨ Barefoot recommended (indoor shoes optional)
✨️ Journal (optional)
