Join Kirsty from Serenity Sounds + Sam from Spirit of Sound for a Drum + Gong Sound Bath.
Be bathed in the frequencies + vibrations of these powerful instruments as you lie down and relax.
Both these instruments are designed to release any physical tension, unblock any stagnant energy, release what no longer serves you and be felt deep within the body.
Benefits of Sound Therapy include:

- Relief from physical pain, ailments & tension in the body.
- Improved mental focus or clarity of thought.
There is parking on site.
Entry is 10 minutes priors to session.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session to allow time to settle in and get comfortable. Unfortunately, any latecomers will not be permitted entry after 10am, to minimise disruption.
What you need to bring:
Mat
Blanket
Pillow
Water
Eye Mask/ Scarf (optional - i do provide eye masks)
Please wrap warm for this session.
Please feel free to bring anything else that may bring you comfort.
Please wear comfy clothes and feel free to bring anything else you may need to help you to feel relaxed and at ease. You will need to take your shoes off so if you’re wearing sliders/flip flops, it would be an idea to bring some socks to ensure you’re nice and cosy.
Please avoid consuming any alcohol prior to the session.
*Do let us know if you are unable to lay down and we can accommodate you in a chair. You will still receive the healing just the same as everyone else.
*Attached you will find a Sound Bath consent form. Upon arrival you will be requested to provide a signature to confirm you have read and understood.
*Essential oil sprays and/or incense will be used during the session, please let me know if you have any allergies.
No refunds for latecomers or non-attendees (within 48 hour notice).

*** Contraindications***
Sound baths may not be suitable for people with certain health conditions such as epilepsy, tinnitus, first trimester of pregnancy, synthetic medical implants (pacemakers), hip/knee replacements and severe mental health conditions.
It is recommended that you contact your medical professional before booking a session if you have any concerns.
If you wear hearing aids of any kind, please remove them prior to the session.
