This quote expresses very nicely that dance is not just a physical movement, but a way of expressing oneself through movement and living in the present moment. If you allow yourself to open up to this present moment, the very essence of life will flow through you and nurture your being on all levels and ignite your inner fire/spark. Dancing is a beautiful and simple (and free!) way to do so!
