Dropsound Outdoor Flow - Festival Vibes at the Oval

We’re taking advantage of an incredible 80° day and bringing DropSound outdoors 🌿☀️

Join me for a **festival-inspired flow** at the Schenley Overlook by the ice rink — a practice designed to feel expansive, strong, and light.

🎧 **Silent headphone experience**

You’ll be guided through the entire class with music and cues directly in your ears — immersive, energizing, and distraction-free.

**This week’s focus:**

We’re building on our shoulder work and progressing into:

• Hip flexor strength (for leg lifts + stability)

• Core compression (supporting control + lightness)

• Arm balance prep (accessible, step-by-step)

Expect a smart, intentional flow — not rushed, not chaotic — designed to actually build strength and awareness in your body.
