Paint must be in sealed, original container with original manufacturer label. View a full list of accepted products at paintcare.org/products. PaintShare™ – Leftover paint in good condition will be made available to the public for free.
Households may drop off any amount of latex or oil-based paint. Businesses may drop off any amount of latex paint, but limits may apply to oil-based paint. Visit paintcare.org/business-limits for more information.
Early drop-offs are considered illegal dumping and are not allowed.
PAINTCARE PRODUCTS
- House paint and primers (latex or oil-based)
- Stains
- Deck and concrete sealers
- Clear finishes (e.g., varnishes, shellac)
NON-PAINTCARE PRODUCTS
- No leaking, unlabeled or empty containers
- No aerosol coatings
- No drums or containers larger than 5 gallons
- We cannot accept other hazardous waste or chemicals, such as paint thinner, solvents, motor oil, spackle, glue, adhesive, roofing tar, pesticides, cleaning chemicals
