During the sound bath I invite you to honor the joyous liberation and grounding experience, as you witness the paradox of stillness and motion coalescing through vibrational undulations. Remembering you’re not just a drop in the ocean but the entire ocean in a drop. I use crystal bowls, sonic gongs, pan-drum, singing, shruti-box, koshi chimes, and more to create a calming and blissful experience.
