Join us for rejuvenating outdoor yoga sessions, led by a Yoga Australia registered teacher with expertise in trauma-sensitive, remedial, and senior yoga. These drop-in classes take place in the peaceful setting of City Park, subject to weather conditions, and are ideal for those looking to align body, mind, and spirit.
What to Expect:
- Instructor: Classes are taught by an experienced instructor skilled in trauma-sensitive and remedial yoga, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone, including seniors.
- Level: Suitable for beginners to intermediate practitioners, the classes guide you through a range of poses and breathing exercises to create space in the body and peace in the mind.
- Focus: The sessions run for 60 min. and aim to foster realignment of the body, mind, and spirit through mindful movement and breath work.
- Location: Set in the picturesque City Park of Launceston, these sessions offer a perfect opportunity to connect with nature and enhance your yoga practice. MEETING POINT is at the entrance gate on the corner of Cimitiere Street and Lawrence Street.
- Requirements: Participants should bring their own yoga mats, blocks, and any other necessary props. Remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Please arrive 5-10 min. before class start to allow time for class setup. There is a waiver and liability form to be filled out before each class. The classes are weather dependent so please keep an eye out for changes. These classes are pop-up classes, so follow @SacredSutrasYogaStudio for updates relating to future classes.
- Price: The classes are $15 per session paid before each class. 🙏 CASH ONLY.
