Drop in Tabletop roleplaying every week at Time Warp Comics & Games.
Today I have the honor and pleasure to tell you all that we will be putting the Games, into Time Warp Comics & Games starting next week. Dottie has been tirelessly cleaning out and organizing the back rooms and next week will be the realization of something I have wanted to do since I was 7 years old. I get to share my love of storytelling with all of you. Our first drop in (insert cool name here) is this week on Thursday, September 25th.

The sessions will be 2 hours every Thursday, but we will change and adapt to what will be best for our community. I have been told that middle schools let out at 3:45 so I am thinking about moving it later. Our mission is to provide a learning environment for new players without judgement or gate keeping. When you sit at my table you join a group of people working together to have fun. You will experience a kind and forgiving story that is designed to not be complex and has something for everyone at the table to do. I will also take time outs from the game from time to time to offer advice or clarification to help you learn why a thing happened, or didn't happen.

I operate under three simple rules:

We are building an experience together through collaborative storytelling. It is not a competition between you and me, we are on the same team and are always respectful of each other. No player will be allowed to turn on the party. Ever.
The rule of cool will always be considered. The game mechanics are guidelines and player experience will always be first and foremost. I will never punish you for going big and being creative as long as you follow rule number one.
THE PLAYERS ARE SUPPOSTED TO WIN!!! - One of my dear friends taught me that one. She was an amazing Player, Storyteller, and Friend.

All accessories will be provided, but feel free to bring anything you want. Just please keep track of your stuff. All characters will be made by me and provided at game start. No outside characters please. Our first game will be D&D 5e, and all characters will be level at least level 4, but I may bump that to 5th level. That way you get some skills and powers to use, but are not overwhelmed.
