Our monthly drop in session on the first Saturday of every month now has two elements and you can join for one or both as you prefer.
First we have a simple hour of lightly led meditation, suitable for all levels of experience. If you need help with meditation posture, come along at 9.45 when we open the session. Meditation will begin promptly at 10. That's followed of course by tea/coffee and chat for those who wish to stay on for a while. Usually led by Amoghamitra
At 11:30 those who are familiar with, or would like to try out devotional practice, are invited to join us for a Puja and chanting. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with Pujas which are part of Triratna’s rich repertoire. Usually led by Satyacitta
West Wales Buddhist Group runs most of its classes on the basis of generosity, with the aim of inspiring a generosity culture. What you give for our classes is up to you. The teachers don’t get paid and all donations go towards continuing to build a thriving Sangha - community of practitioners - in the West Wales area.

A suggestion might be £3-5 for either session dependent on your situation. However we want everyone to be able to come regardless of their financial circumstances, so please come even if you can’t manage that.
