Welcome to Drop In Camp- Movement & Movie happening at Aptitude Fitness this summer! Join us for a fun-filled day of fitness, fun and film! Each 3-hour drop in camp includes a Disney themed workout, hands on healthy snack and recovery with a Disney movie.

What’s Included:
