DROC Long Ride to Arrowhead

DROC is heading up the mountain to Lake Arrowhead for a full Saturday ride. We climb the famous Rim of the World Scenic Byway, run alongside Silverwood Lake, and wind through the pines to the lake for lunch before heading home.
This is a long ride with multiple stops and a full-day commitment, so come fueled up, hydrated, and ready for a full day in the saddle.
Meetup: 8:00 AM at Shell, 1914 E Chapman Ave, Orange, CA 92867
KSU: 8:15 AM
Route: north via the 91 and I-15, up the Rim of the World Scenic Byway (Hwy 138) past Silverwood Lake, then Hwy 18 through Crestline to Lake Arrowhead Village for lunch. Late afternoon return to OC.
Itinerary: https://maps.app.goo.gl/hFTGN9DEJdhHKGDX7
Gear up: proper riding jacket, pants, gloves, and boots. Leathers recommended. Bring a backpack with water and a layer, mountain temps run cooler than the valley.
