About this Event
As Aotearoa New Zealand increasingly electrifies it’s crucial that we have the workforce to meet the challenge. A recent Electricity Sector report assessed women participation in our electricity sector is 36%, and the gender pay gap is 21.9%. This Mana Wāhine event will explore the importance of measurement in driving change and importance of reporting on progress.
