As the founder of Intuitiq, he helps businesses harness the power of data to unlock growth. With over 15 years’ experience in technology and leadership and a seasoned Chief Technology Officer, he has led digital transformations across multiple industries, proving that the same principles that win races can create extraordinary success in business.

It was his passion for data that sparked the racing journey. What started as a one-off data collection exercise turned into a whirlwind racing career with McLaren and Aston Martin, clinching multiple wins, and finishing P2 in his first Championship season. Today, he competes in the prestigious British GT Championship, bringing the same principles of focus, teamwork, and relentless improvement to both the racetrack and the boardroom.

Blending raw, real-world motorsport experience with the strategic mindset of a business leader, Michael inspires audiences to find their own marginal gains and turn ambition into action.
