This is by far YOUR favorite event of the year! Once again, the Friends of Independence Dam State Park are sponsoring the Drive-thru Chicken Dinner at the Marina. Get your advance tickets today. They are available on Tuesday evening during No Motors Tuesday from 6pm-8pm. I set up at the 1st gate in the park. Or you can order online at [email protected]. There will be a small handling fee added. Please specify that you are ordering Chicken Tickets.
For your $13 ticket price you will receive to your car 1/2 chicken, 2 sides, roll, dinnerware, choice of drink and a dessert. You never have to get out of your car. The dinner is prepared by Jacob's BBQ and Meats here in Defiance!
You may drive to the other entrance to the dam and have a lovely picnic or take it home to enjoy.
This fundraiser will provide our FOIDSP with needed revenue for upgrades to the park. We are a registered 501(c)3 whose sole purpose is to update and uplift the Independence Dam State Park and we thank you for your support!
